It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Graden Oliver Roy Shiner announces his passing. Graden passed away from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at the age of 70 years.
Predeceased by his birth parents – Adam and Blanche Penney; adoptive parents – Walter and Blanche Shiner; brothers – Selby Penney and Roy Penney; sister – Shirley Burden.
Left with fond and loving memories is his wife – Bernette Shiner; siblings – Willis Penney (Vivian), Melvin Penney (Lucy), Myrtis Mitchell (Gord), Lester Penney (Ruth), Leander Penney (Elsie) and Ross Penney; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Pastor Frank Newbury conducted the Funeral Service from Faith Pentecostal Church, Burlington, NL, on Sunday, April 29th, 2018. Interment followed at Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Smith’s Harbour, NL.
