It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Ivy Pearl Austin announces her sudden passing. Ivy slipped into the presence of the Lord from her family home in Middle Arm, NL on Sunday, May 26th, 2019 at the age of 73.

Ivy is predeceased by her parents – George and Flossie England; sister – Myrtle Matthews; nephew – Boyd Matthews.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Hayward Austin; children – Lorna Noble (Clyde), Lorraine England (Rex), Loretta Mitchell (Rick), Lisa Austin (Boyd Mitchell), Lyndon Austin (Andrea) and Lindy Austin (Kimberly); grandchildren – Bobby Noble (Jillian), Lynette Hodder (Philip), Travis England (Kara Shiner), Tia Goudie (Rex), Tejay England (Hillary), Allison Mitchell (Zack Goudie), Shane Mitchell (Jonnie Ricketts), Lindsay Austin (Chasity), Alisha Austin, Tyler Austin, Avery Austin (Sarah Adams), Landon Austin, Ty Austin, Makaila Austin and Nick Austin; great-grandchildren – Molly, Charlie, Kaicei, Kathleen, Kailee, Eli, Jorja, Ricki, Lakaia, Tamia, Evea, Lyric, Jaxson, Dominic and Ayden; siblings – Don England (Hazel), Annie Lush (Carl), Gary England (Gail); brother-in-law - Alex Matthews, as well as a large circle of siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Pastor Gary Bartlett, assisted by Pastors Geoffery England, Brian Brown, Rick Durdle and Ralph Fowler, conducted the Funeral Service from Bayview Pentecostal Tabernacle, Middle Arm, NL on Saturday, June 1st, 2019. Interment followed from Oceanview Interfaith Cemetery, Middle Arm, NL.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Ivy's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1224, Station K, Toronto, ON M4P 9Z9.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Foster Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Baie Verte, NL.
