It is with deep sorrow that the family of the late Margaret Sylvia Moores announces her sudden passing. Margaret passed away from her home at The Golden Years Estates, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
Predeceased by her husband – Hubert Moores; parents – Hayward & Maggie Perry; brothers – Earl Perry & Fred Perry; two special family members – Daisy Dwyer & Mary Stuckless.
Left with fond and loving memories are her children - Sharon Moores, Hayward Moores (Sandra Atkinson), Michael Moores (Christine Elliott); grandchildren - Ronda Moores, Terri-Lynn Ryckman (Jason), Brenda-Lee Ryckman (Justin) and Damien Moores; great-grandchildren – Breanna Moores, Jason Ryckman, Tyler Ryckman & Taylor Ryckman; sister-in-law – Georgina Perry; and a large circle of extended family and friends.
Mrs. Barbara Noble conducted the Funeral Service from Riverside United Church, Burlington, NL on Thursday, April 12th, 2018 at 2:00pm. Interment followed from Perry's Cove Community Cemetery, Burlington, NL.
Pallbearers were Hayward Moores, Michael Moores, Earl Perry, David Parry, Jerry Perry & Harry Perry. Honorary pallbearers are UCW members, Riverside United Church.
As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Margaret's memory to the UCW of Riverside United Church or the United Church Cemetery, Burlington.
