Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation. Pastors Robert & Geraldine Paddock conducted a Private Funeral Service at Bethel Pentecostal Church, La Scie, NL. Interment followed at Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, La Scie, NL.

A heart full of thanks is extended to the staff of Springdale Retirement Centre for their devoted care of our father for many years and to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Green Bay Health Centre for their tender care in his final days.

We encourage extended family and friends to share condolences, memories and/or photos to Pleman’s memorial wall, available on our website. All items will be documented and displayed in our personalized guestbook and presented to the Greenham family.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pleman’s memory to Bethel Pentecostal Church, P.O. Box 51, La Scie, NL A0K 3M0.

“My heavenly home is bright and fair, I feel like traveling on: no pain nor death can enter there, I feel like traveling on!”

Pleman was a former beloved father-in-law of mine.
He was a quiet man who loved God..
I remember going fishing with him for Caplin and puffins.
He took me to the island where he once resided.
He taught me how to shoot from a 30-30 od rifle.
My next adventure with him was to chip ice from an iceberg to make ice cream. What a thrill!!!
I've always had fond memories of the time I spent with him and I know I will see him again.
Farewell Pleman, until we meet again.

To the Greenham Family
So sorry to hear the passing of such a wonderful, sweet man. Uncle Pleman was a warm, wonderful and inviting man. Always had a smile and enjoyed a song pumped out on the old pump organ. Heaven has gained another wonderful soldier! Thank God we will reunite with our loved ones again. May God bless you and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you and give you peace during your time of grieving. Warm hugs.

I can remember the visits my husband, Leslie C. Bath and I had with both Pleman and his beloved wife while they were in La Scie. I remember the home made bread he would make and no trouble for him to do anything and always there to help out. He lived a good long life and has gloriously entered into his eternal home now to join his loved ones there. May God be with all of you at this time. Thank God for such a faithful and steadfast servant of the Lord.

We are Pleman"s BC family who want to send our love to Poppa. He was a man of true wits, even at his age, he was very bright & dependent. We love him & miss him dearly.
